Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have a strong cardiac telemetry background. Must be able to titrate/decrease cardiac drips per physician orders and parameters. Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips. MS/Tele travelers do not need prior travel experience.

Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details: ED holds waiting for placement on a unit, primarily MS/Tele. Cares for more telemetry patients than medical patients. Common titratable drips include Cardizem, Heparin, and Amiodarone. May be asked to help with ED patients including vitals, IV starts, and medication administration, but will not be the primary RN for an ED patient assignment. No monitor tech in the ED.

Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling available, though this may change from time to time. 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule. Holiday rotation with permanent staff. No call required.

Floating Requirements: First to float. Would float to Med/Surg, Tele, overflow units, and CRMC/MGMC EDs as needed.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
