Team Springfield Pie (SPI) is a family-owned Domino’s franchise serving Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Wilbraham, and Ludlow.

Pay

Estimated Earnings: $17–$25/hour + separate mileage reimbursement

The estimated $17–$25 per hour includes employer-paid hourly wages and customer tips. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, delivery volume, and tips.

Mileage reimbursement is paid separately for required delivery driving and is not included in the $17–$25 estimated earnings range.

Customer tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily.

What You’ll Do

As a Domino’s Delivery Driver, you’ll:

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Use GPS to navigate delivery areas
• Help inside the store between deliveries, including taking orders, cleaning, and dishwashing
• Work as part of a fast-paced team

This position uses a split hourly rate. Springfield Pie Inc. ensures drivers receive at least the applicable Massachusetts minimum wage for all hours worked. For eligible tipped delivery work, wages and tips are reviewed each shift, and the company pays any required minimum-wage shortfall.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance
• Insurance must be in your name or list you as a driver
• Social Security card and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Basic math and customer service skills
• Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
