Physical Therapist

Proactive Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You’ll treat diverse orthopedic and sports-related conditions, educate patients on home programs and prevention, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
