As Maintenance Manager at Drax, you’ll lead maintenance for critical energy assets within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. You will own preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, ensuring safe, reliable plant performance that supports Drax’s zero-carbon ambitions. Partnering with engineering and operations, you’ll optimize asset lifecycle, manage a skilled maintenance team and contractors, and drive data-led improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, and sustainability across our energy and utilities operations.
