What You'll Do
- Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.
- Screen and assign support tickets ("bugs") from end users, resolving issues based on severity.
- Manage the lifecycle of assigned “bugs” from activation to closure.
- Identify and bring up blockers for active “bugs” and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and logical task execution within deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues.
- Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and with technical and business engagement managers.
- Adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities.
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication and customer service.
