Full job description

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate LPN Rehab Nurse for a full-time 6:30 pm evening shift, providing hands-on nursing care to seniors in our faith-based community. You will deliver rehab-focused care, administer medications and treatments, complete thorough assessments, and document in the EHR. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and caregivers, you’ll support individualized care plans that promote recovery, mobility, and quality of life. You’ll help maintain safety and infection control standards while honoring each resident’s dignity, preferences, and spiritual needs in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
