Charge Registered Nurse – Surgery

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Charge RN, Surgery to lead our perioperative nursing team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will coordinate staffing, patient flow, and OR room utilization while delivering and overseeing high-quality surgical nursing care. The Charge RN serves as a clinical resource, supports surgeons and anesthesia providers, and ensures adherence to safety, regulatory, and infection control standards. You will mentor staff, participate in quality initiatives, and foster a patient-first, team-oriented culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
