Why St. Marys Medical
St. Mary Medical Center has proudly served its community since 1956 and averages approximately 1,600 deliveries each year. Supported by a medical staff of over 300 physicians, the facility features the only Level III NICU in the region and offers 24/7 on-call MFM support and anesthesiology. OBHG hospitalists can expect to manage around 50 deliveries per month, with no clinic or on-call responsibilities. This program provides strong OB support, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
Hospitalist responsibilities generally include:
OB/GYN Triage
Fetal Monitoring
Gynecological Emergency Assistance
Patient Evaluation and Management
Delivery Attendance and Surgical Assist
