Warehouse Customer Service Rep

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Warehouse Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Rep

Location: Cudahy, WI

Pay Range: $19.00 /hr.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am until 3:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, providing effective solutions.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems related to delivery and service requests.
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily.
• Solid multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
