Surgical Tech / OR Tech

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Surgical Tech / OR Tech II to support complex surgical procedures in a fast-paced operating room. In this advanced role, you will prepare and maintain the OR, ensure strict sterile technique, and anticipate the needs of surgeons and anesthesia providers during a wide range of cases. Responsibilities include performing accurate counts, operating specialized equipment, handling specimens, and supporting patient safety and infection control standards. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team while accessing ongoing education and professional development within New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare system.
