Occupational Therapy Assistant – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on rehabilitative care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working closely with occupational therapists and the interdisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based treatments, guide patients through therapeutic activities and ADL training, and support safe, goal-focused recovery. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and help create a nurturing, high-quality care environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
