Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated 1st Shift Maintenance Mechanic III to support our Production Facility in Poynette, Wisconsin. If you are an experienced industrial Maintenance Mechanic looking for variety in your work, and a rewarding career, apply today!

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm

Pay Rate: $35.35 - 40/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities

Must-Have:

Ability to read electrical schematics/diagrams, and ability to troubleshoot electrical devices
Previous hands-on experience with hydraulic, mechanical maintenance
Understanding of basic punch tooling in a production setting
Basic computer skills, including email usage and internet navigation

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment and associated electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Performing preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including robots, ovens, conveyors, tapers, machine tooling, etc.
Operating machines such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, welding equipment and other metal working tools to make and repair parts
Light fabrication of guarding and machine structural repairs

Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience:

Background in Industrial Maintenance (5+ years)
Experience or education in electrical maintenance
High mechanical aptitude and ability to apply to a range of equipment.
Able to operate a variety of small hand and power tools, a variety of diagnostic equipment
