Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Physical Therapist experience required
Assignment Details
* 13-week assignment
* 36 hours expected, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours
* Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
* Will see 12-14 patients per day
* Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
