Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric care in patients’ homes and senior living communities. In this full-time role, you will perform evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document outcomes using functional, proactive approaches. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and support fall prevention, mobility, and independence.
