We are hiring a reliable Truck Driver to haul fabricated steel parts and finished goods throughout local port areas, plants, and laydown yards. If you're a safety-focused Truck Driver who enjoys consistent work and Monday through Friday schedules, this opportunity is for you!
Position Details:

• Pay: $29.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays
• Home Daily
• Local Routes Only
• Class A CDL Required
• Manual Transmission Experience Required
• Flatbed Experience Preferred

Truck Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely transport fabricated steel parts and finished goods
• Secure loads using straps on flatbed trailers
• Complete local deliveries to plants and laydown yards
• Perform drop-and-hook deliveries
• Handle routes that may exceed 20 stops per day
• Operate a standard sit-down forklift when unloading freight as needed
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to operate a manual transmission
• Flatbed and load securement experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong safety record and customer service skills
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays
