Overview:

Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets.

Factory Location: Nampa, Idaho

Compensation: $29/hr.

Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 7AM with 8-10 hours per day

Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate transport vehicle in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure vehicle meets all Department of Transportation (DOT) laws and company standards.

  • Understand and comply with load and freight weight requirements.

  • Operate forklift to unload and reload trailer with company products.

  • Complete all required company and DOT required documents and reports.

  • Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle.

  • Manage and track inventory accurately.

  • Protect company assets by securing product loads before and during transport.

  • Complete comprehensive vehicle inspections.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Minimum two years’ experience driving tractor/trailers OTR.

  • Ability to use a handheld device and application systems.

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A

  • Winter driving experience is needed.
  • Must be able to meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration driver qualifications including pre-trip and post-trip requirements.

  • Ability to safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 66 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions when loading and securing products in the trailer.

  • Forklift operation experience.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer/data entry skills and basic math skills proficiency.

  • Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers in all weather conditions, including snow chain driving when required for specific locations.

  • May be required to work shifts up to 12 hours in length, depending on location.

  • Manual Transmission experience required.

  • Ability to operate: Single/Double/Triple Axle/Doubles/Side Loaders/53’ Dry Vans

Strong English language proficiency is required to effectively communicate with customers and team members, understand customer needs, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
