Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Building Maintenance Facility Coordinator to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Facility Coordinator, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting operational excellence and maintenance efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Building Maintenance Facility Coordinator

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Pay Range: $30 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

  • Oversee daily facilities maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with outside contractors, inspect work, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Plan and execute maintenance projects, including installations, alterations, and infrastructure modifications.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, prioritize workloads, and analyze operational data to improve efficiency.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies, coordinating activities with relevant teams and vendors.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience providing maintenance services in an office environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple interruptions effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel between facilities.
