Oversee clinical operations to ensure optimal patient care, quality standards, and efficiency. Work closely with hospital manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, medical standards, and practice policies. Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve practice performance.
