Full job description
UCHealth seeks a Registered Nurse for our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). The RN delivers high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adults, performing thorough assessments, titrating medications, managing ventilators and invasive lines, and responding to rapid changes in condition. This role collaborates closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans that support optimal patient outcomes. RNs at UCHealth also precept and educate patients, families, and peers, uphold safety and infection-prevention standards, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives in an innovative, diverse, and inclusive environment with strong opportunities for growth.
