20 CDL A Drivers – Local – No Touch - $1,750/wk.

DIRECT HIRE
Route & Load Details:

• Deliver paper products throughout Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois.
• No-touch freight.
• Approximately 2,500 miles per week.
• Operate 2027 Freightliner Cascadia day cabs with automatic transmissions.
• Haul 53-foot dry van trailers.
• Geotab E-log system.
• Inward- and outward-facing cameras.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday.
• 5:00 AM start time daily.
• Approximately 12+ hours worked per day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
• Deliver paper products throughout the assigned territory.
• Operate automatic Class 8 equipment.
• Complete required inspections, logs, and delivery documentation.
• Maintain safe and professional driving practices at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Class 8 tractor-trailer driving experience required.
• 6 months minimum qualifying Class 8 driving experience.
• 2+ years of driving experience preferred.
• Experience in lightweight box trucks or straight trucks does not qualify.
• No DOT-reportable accidents.
• SAP program participants may be considered.

Pay Information:

• 2+ yrs. experience: $0.70 per mile with a $1,400 weekly minimum guarantee.
• 6 months to 2 yrs. experience: $0.65 per mile with $1,250 weekly minimum guarantee.
• Detention pay: $30/hour after 1 hour.
• Breakdown pay: $30/hour after 1 hour.
• Stop pay: $25 per stop.

• Hiring in the Green Bay, WI area.
• Uniforms provided.
• Automatic transmission experience is acceptable.
• Drivers must have experience operating heavy-duty Class 8 equipment.
