What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the nursing department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

• Oversee individualized care plans that meet both medical and emotional needs

• Conduct resident health assessments and supervise MDS completion

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

• Champion resident rights and train staff on advocacy principles

• Manage staffing levels and shift coverage to ensure consistent, high-quality care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Stay current on healthcare trends and best practices in nursing administration

Requirements:

• RN license in Missouri with proven leadership experience in skilled nursing

• Deep understanding of care planning, MDS processes, and medical terminology

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Commitment to resident advocacy and quality improvement

• Proficiency in staffing coordination and shift management

• Analytical mindset with sound decision-making abilities
