Substance Use Disorder Counselor

Carle Health seeks a dedicated Substance Use Disorder Counselor to deliver evidence-based treatment to patients in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The counselor will conduct comprehensive assessments, lead individual and group counseling sessions, and develop person-centered treatment plans focused on recovery and relapse prevention. Responsibilities include ongoing progress monitoring, crisis intervention, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
