We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Providers (MD or DO), board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, to join a respected and expanding network of skilled providers at Bristol Health Medical Group.
Our multi-specialty group delivers a full range of health and specialty care services at convenient locations throughout Bristol and the surrounding communities. This is an outpatient-only opportunity within a collaborative and patient-centered environment, supported by experienced colleagues.
As a Primary Care Provider, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population, with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.
Position Highlights:
- Our Primary Care Network is a NCQA Level 3 recognized Patient Centered Medical Home
- Bristol Health Medical Group has a full array of medical and surgical specialists
- Close collaboration between primary care and specialists
- Out-patient community care only, no inpatient responsibilities
- 5-day work week schedule with shared call coverage
- Fully integrated EMR with dedicate IT staff
