What You'll Be Doing

Operate and monitor bulk cement terminal equipment, including railcar unloading systems and material transfer equipment

Troubleshoot and perform hands-on maintenance to keep equipment running and minimize downtime

Load and unload cement from railcars and trucks while ensuring efficient and safe material flow

Inspect equipment, identify issues, and complete basic mechanical repairs using tools and diagnostic skills

Ensure accuracy of orders, documentation, and inventory records

Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety and environmental standards

What You'll Be Doing

What Are We Looking For

  • Experience in industrial, mechanical, rail, construction, or heavy equipment environments (not just warehouse)

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools for troubleshooting and basic repairs

  • Experience operating or working around heavy equipment, conveyors, or bulk material systems

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of equipment and daily operations

  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

  • Reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Work Environment

This role works in an industrial terminal environment with exposure to weather, moving equipment, and varying noise levels. Personal protective equipment is provided and required. The position may involve physical activity such as climbing, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
