We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing practice in Dover, Keene, or Lebanon, NH. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of personal injury or closely related civil litigation experience and the ability to independently manage matters from initial intake through resolution.
The firm is interested in attorneys who enjoy working directly with clients, handling complex litigation matters, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. Candidates may come from either the plaintiff or defense side and should bring strong litigation skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to client service.

Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing practice in Dover, Keene, or Lebanon, NH. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of personal injury or closely related civil litigation experience and the ability to independently manage matters from initial intake through resolution.

Candidates may come from either the plaintiff or defense side and should bring strong litigation skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to client service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury and related civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
- Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy.
- Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Develop referral relationships and contribute to practice growth.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 5-10 years of personal injury or closely related civil litigation experience.
- Active license to practice law in New Hampshire, or the ability to obtain admission promptly.
- Plaintiff-side or defense-side personal injury litigation experience.
- Experience independently managing an active caseload.
- Strong litigation, deposition, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
- Interest in business development, referral relationships, or bringing portable business is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work from the Dover, Keene, or Lebanon office.
- Some hybrid flexibility may be considered depending on the candidate and supervising partner.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client service.
