Job Summary

This position is Onsite at our Corp office in St. Louis.

The Intern will support the organization's AI initiatives by assisting with the exploration, development, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions across the enterprise. Working alongside IT and business teams, the intern will gain hands-on experience helping to intake business opportunities for AI, gathering and documenting requirements, configuring and testing Copilot agents, and supporting user adoption activities. 

The Intern will assist with the full solution lifecycle, including needs assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and testing of Copilot agents, user documentation, training, and change management activities. This position is ideal for a self-driven individual who enjoys combining technology, problem-solving, and business collaboration to deliver meaningful outcomes. 

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Data Science
• (AI) Artificial Intelligence

Experience or familiarity with:

• Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and an understanding of effective prompting techniques.
• Familiarity with solution lifecycle activities including:
  • Requirements definition
  • Prototyping
  • Testing and validation
  • Documentation
  • User training
  • Change management
  • Agile project delivery concepts
• SQL, data analysis, or PowerBI reporting
• Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or other cloud technologies
• Experience with Git or version control tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills with ability to explain technical findings
