What We Need:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Alarm Service Professional to join our team. The fire alarm service or installation professional should be a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual with strong communication skills and working knowledge of fire alarms & other life safety systems.

What You'll Do:

Fire alarm service projects.
Ensure all work is performed to NFPA 72 and company standards with quality installations, service and inspections.
Must be able to walk and climb ladders to safely test fire alarm systems such as smoke detectors, heat detectors and pull stations.
Complete fire alarm services as efficiently as possible and communicate issues to the fire alarm admin team in a timely manner.
Work within a team of fire alarm technicians and professionals to collaborate, problem solve, and learn in a fast-paced environment.
Work independently when necessary to self-manage and complete jobs within the allotted time.
Complete jobs and daily tasks using company software.
Work in compliance with the company safety policies and procedures to ensure safety of self and others at all times.
Work with the Fire Alarm Manager, Field Supervisors, Scheduling Coordinator, and office staff to ensure a seamless process from scheduling to billing.
Strong communication and accurate report completion are a must.

What we're looking for:

3-5 years experience in low voltage service and/or installation.
3-5years experience in fire alarm service and/or installation & programming.
Working knowledge of NFPA 70, 72, and related codes is preferred.
Denver fire alarm licensing is preferred, or ability to obtain within first 6 months of employment.
NICET Alarm Systems 1 & 2 Certification(s) preferred.
Comfortable utilizing mobile electronics (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to complete and transmit inspection documents.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and AHJs in a professional and educational manner.

What makes you stand out:

Additional experience in testing/ inspecting fire alarm systems.
Experience working with fire sprinkler systems in any capacity.
3-5 years experience working with fire alarm systems in any capacity.
Possessing a current Denver Journeyman's License.
Enthusiasm for personal/ professional development, new technologies, and improving processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
