Distribution Lead

Our client, a major logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Distribution Lead to join their team in Louisville, KY. As a Distribution Lead, you will be part of the leadership team supporting the warehouse department. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Distribution Lead
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Range: $24.70/hr.
Shifts available: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday

What’s the Job?

• Oversees many of the daily activities for an account, department, or station of a warehouse operation.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, adheres to quality standards, and effective use of staff.
• Oversees inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow activities.
• Tracks operational efficiency and ensures work completion in an operational area
• Processes shipping or receiving documentation
• Aids in the development and growth of all accounts assigned in coordination with sales and management

• Leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be able to communicate and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
