Full job description
Responsibilities
Ensure overall client satisfaction and health of the business, with a focus on achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Focus on building client trust and broadening of stature within the client organization.
Lead CRM conquesting strategy with third-party data partners.
Partner with the strategist on advanced segmentation and targeting, translating owner and prospect data into audience strategies that improve relevance and ROI.
Partner with the client to execute integrated sales enablement programs, including time-sensitive offers, aligned to dealer-level sales priorities.
Own new customer acquisition strategy alongside loyalty and retention initiatives, balancing owner base growth with retention.
Ensure CRM programs are fully integrated with marketing campaigns for product launches and sales events, keeping messaging and offers consistent across channels.
Drive demand generation and lead activation strategy, ensuring leads are engaged quickly across the CRM ecosystem.
Manage the balance of evergreen, always-on programs and one-time strategic sends.
Lead and provide a Point of View (POV) to the account teams with all client initiatives to ensure client strategy and objectives are met, ensuring "no surprises" for the client.
Manage teams on multiple programs/projects simultaneously while meeting all deliverable deadlines.
Responsible for organic account growth and retention, uncovering new opportunities for expansion of scope, contributing to profitable growth.
Champion cohesive team environments that are open and collaborative with the ability to create energy and excitement around ideas.
Pull integrated activities together across agency partners, departments, and disciplines to move client business through production to launch.
Pay sharp attention to detail to ensure agency work follows digital marketing best practices and leading technologies.
Professionally manage a variety of engagements while being held accountable for deliverables that are on-time, on-budget, and of maximum value for client growth.
Build and maintain relationships with core clients by regularly collaborating onsite at client offices in Irvine.
Requirements
Hands-on experience running accounts, working with senior stakeholders, and successfully organizing, managing, and delivering a diverse range of innovative projects.
Strong background in digital and performance marketing or brand consultancy environment.
At least 12 years of marketing or advertising experience is required.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Experience working on CRM projects required, B2C acquisition and retention is preferred.
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud is preferred.
Proven track record of structuring, leading, and developing complex client relationships while communicating effectively across functional teams.
Entrepreneurial attitude partnered with a strong business acumen; ability and drive to bring people together, create energy around ideas, and recommend actionable strategies.
Intuitive and perceptive, with outstanding communications skills; comfortable and confident in strategic discussions and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Excellence in organization and management; conscientious, and skilled at solving issues at all project levels while supporting colleagues and clients.
Strong relationship building qualities.
Experience identifying business development opportunities and translating them into actionable growth opportunities.
Ability to gracefully manage multiple programs and/or projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a passionate attitude and sense of commitment to get the job done quickly, properly, and with the highest quality.
Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills.
Work Environment
Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment 2-3x’s/week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Candidates for this position will ideally be located near one of our offices:
o Los Angeles, CA (Preferred)
o San Diego, CA
Candidates located in Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX, Austin, TX or Bentonville, AR will also be considered (but must work PST hours).
