A thriving, physician-led, independent private practice in beautiful Southern Oregon is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join its growing and highly respected team.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, established practice with immediate patient volume, strong regional referrals, and a clear path to long-term financial success through partnership.

Position Details:
• Lucrative practice with an expedited Partnership Track and the option for ASC and building buy-in.
• Stand-alone private practice with own building, housing clinic, ASC, Allergy, Audio, Hearing Aids, and CT.
• 4-day work week.
• Join a collegial practice of 3 Otolaryngologists, 4 APPs, 2 AuDs, and 2 HIS, practicing full-spectrum ENT with adult and pediatric patients.
• Built-in referral base. Have patients from the start!
