Developmental Disabilities Registered Nurse

Heritage Health Care Center, part of HHP Lifeshare in Minster, OH, is seeking a Registered Nurse to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. The RN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, complete assessments, and document in accordance with regulations. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support person-centered care plans, respond to health changes, and promote safety, independence, and quality of life in a compassionate, family-like environment with strong teamwork and professional growth opportunities.
