Full job description

Clean luxury. Better for you. At Everlane, we believe luxury should be as effortless as it is conscious. We partner with ethical factories, work with premium, sustainably sourced materials, and strive to leave the industry cleaner than we found it. There's still much to do, and we're excited to grow a team of motivated humans ready for the challenge. The journey toward better continues.

The Supply Chain team at Everlane encompasses the Product Development, Sourcing, and Sustainability teams, and partners with Design, Merchandising, and Planning to build best-in-class products. Through oversight of the end-to-end product development and sourcing process, including global strategy, supplier management, and cost control, we handle fabric and component sourcing, proto and sample creation, fit execution, and on-time delivery. We are driven by a passion for detail and a commitment to sustainability and meeting cost targets and are creative problem solvers who take initiative and go the extra mile to deliver our products. With an obsessive eye for cost and quality, we ensure that Everlane is working with the best factories.

We are seeking an organized, problem-solving Product Operations Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team throughout the end-to-end sample and PO process, from raw material sourcing and product development to sample tracking. Reporting to the Product Development Senior Manager, you will manage purchase orders, assist the team with data management and track samples for development and marketing.

Your day-to-day:

  • Own and manage all samples across the supply chain—from early development to final TOPs and Creative (photo shoot) samples
  • Track and receive samples from factories and mills; manage sample packages in and out of HQ
  • Enter and maintain accurate raw material data across systems (WFX, MDD) to support product and material tracking
  • Assist in issuing and tracking sample yardage POs with mills and factories
  • Build and foster cross-functional relationships with Design, Merchandising, Sustainability, and Quality teams
  • Own creation of, revision to and issuing of purchase orders for bulk production to our factories using our Admin system (purchase order tool)
  • Ensure order timeliness and accuracy down to size and color levels to include style #’s, costing, delivery dates utilizing cost sheets and transit time planner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with our overseas vendors and our internal cross functional teams
  • Review internal reports to identify zero cost POs, missing or incorrect COO, missing ports, and any delivery date discrepancies
  • Support special projects as needed such as helping to update cost increase or delivery delay charts

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 1-2 years experience in purchase order management, sample tracking, or product development coordination (internships count)
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for cost sheets and delivery tracking
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn PLM/ERP systems (WFX, MDD, or similar)
  • Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and order management — this role hinges on catching cost/COO/port discrepancies
  • Experience communicating with overseas vendors or factories directly
  • Ability to manage 50+ POs or samples simultaneously across multiple deadlines

Bonus If You Have:

  • Internship or previous experience in a product, supply chain, or fashion-related role
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle tools such as WFX, PLM systems, or MDD
  • A background or education in Fashion, Textiles, or Supply Chain
