About this opportunity :
As a Manufacturing Technician you are part of a team responsible for the implementation of assigned production operations working within defined production schedules. This is a swing shift position which runs from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (1st week M,T and F - Sn / 2nd week W-Th). This role comes with a 5% shift differential.

The annualized salary range for this roles is $51,900.00 - $62,500.00.
As a Manufacturing Technician you are part of a team responsible for the implementation of assigned production operations working within defined production schedules. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Responsible for following GMP and safety cultures, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify and submit safety hazards and incidents.
- Complete GMP documentation in a compliant manner. May require coaching on GMP documentation execution.
- Responsible for assigned production activity and ensuring training is compliant prior to performing operations.
- Responsible for learning the oligonucleotide manufacturing process as well as GMP regulations. May require supervision and guidance.
- Responsible for performing all work within company and cGMP regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining a safe work environment and following all site safety procedures.
- Performs routine, generally highly structure work.
- Responsible for staying current with the prescribed training curriculum specified for the job title.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- This is an entry-level position. Previous experience is not required. Science or manufacturing background is preferred.
- Minimum education requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, with college level chemistry degree or equivalent work experience.
- A biotechnology certificate or college degree is preferred.
