The call model operates at a 1:3 ratio as the team grows, supported by a highly autonomous NNP who assists throughout the coverage period. Each shift is staffed by one Neonatologist and one NNP working collaboratively to manage neonatal patient care. Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine is required for this locum tenens assignment.
