Owner Relations Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales, account management, or related management role
• Strong financial acumen and ability to review revenue/expense statements
• Previous experience managing client relationships, portfolios, or accounts
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar required)
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks
• Local candidates only; 45-minute commute or less to Madeira Beach, FL
• Confident and personable with outstanding communication skills

Owner Relations Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are always helpful
• Familiarity with multi-property/account oversight

Owner Relations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, overseeing a portfolio of 100–120 properties
• Build and maintain strong owner relationships with exceptional communication, personal touches, and proactive support
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of properties, including walkthroughs and documentation
• Gather owner preferences and details to personalize their experience
• Conduct monthly outreach to owners, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate across internal departments to resolve issues and optimize owner experience
• Review and assist with monthly financial statements for property owners, ensuring accuracy
• Maintain organized records, tracking owner communications and property information
