As a valued intern on our Human Resources (HR) team, you will be given real meaningful work as well as support and guidance from our employees and leadership as you continue to develop your skills, gain industry knowledge, and build a strong foundation for your future career.

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:

  •  Updating job history for employees

  • Career Mapping for Legal / IT / Finance and finalizing HR

  • Assist with any early career administration needs

  • Complete Succession Planning list for upcoming talent reviews – work with Division Presidents and Functional Leaders on finalization

  • Enterprise-wide onboarding improvements

  • Establish standard Interview Guide template and interview question library for non-technical competencies

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Technical Knowledge and Understanding:

  • Pro-active and driven to learn

  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

  • Highly organized with attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively

Experience:

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks

  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
