Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Pelvic health specialty experience required
* Ability to float to 1 other clinic required

* Float to 1 other clinic
* 60-minute eval and treatment sessions
