Registered Nurse

Lake Ridge Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our on-site clinical setting. In this role, you will complete comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor changes in patient condition. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, document accurately in the EHR, and support regulatory and infection-control standards. RNs also educate patients and families, supervise support staff, and participate in quality improvement to enhance outcomes and the patient experience.
