We are seeking a passionate and results-driven General Manager to lead a new, high-volume, guest-focused restaurant concept. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by leading operations, developing teams, and driving financial success while creating an exceptional guest experience.


General Manager Benefits

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • +3 years as a General Manager in a full-service or upscale, fast casual restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience with P&L, budgeting, scheduling, and financial performance management
  • Expertise in ordering and inventory practices
  • Ability to motivate and coach staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
