UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN for our ICU Float Pool. In this role, you’ll deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care across multiple critical care units, adapting quickly to diverse patient needs. Responsibilities include complex assessments, ventilator and hemodynamic management, titration of drips, and rapid response to emergencies.
