Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Bachelor's Degree
• Home Health experience
• HCHB experience

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Coverage area includes Dunstable, Tyngsborough, Dracut, Lowell, Westford, Chelmsford, Billerica, Carlisle, Acton, Concord, Bedford, Burlington, and Tewksbury
