Respiratory Therapist Lead

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Lead to oversee respiratory care services and support excellence in patient outcomes. In this role, you will provide advanced respiratory therapies, assess and monitor patients, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols. You will mentor and schedule staff, coordinate care with physicians and nurses, and maintain equipment and safety standards. The Lead will help drive quality improvement, support training and orientation, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on compassionate, patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.
