Full-Time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient practice. This full-time role provides an opportunity to deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care services in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on continuity of care, preventive medicine, and long-term patient relationships.

Outpatient setting
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions
Conduct preventive care visits, health screenings, and patient education
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans in accordance with scope of practice
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Adhere to clinical guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Education
Master's degree in Nursing required
Licensure / Certification Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Virginia Department of Health Professions or Compact State Licensure required
Nurse Practitioner license from the Virginia Department of Health Professions preferred
National Nurse Practitioner Certification (or eligibility upon hire) required
BLS and ACLS certifications required

Compensation Range: $ 123,260.80 - $ 234,145.60 annually
