Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $1640 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - East FL Division.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Current NICU/PICU experience.

Unit Details: NICU/PICU patient population. Uses high flow devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo’s, continuous nebulizers, nitric oxide, Heliox, and regular nebulizers. Respiratory therapists provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases utilizing advanced technologies and medication delivery.

Floating Requirements: May provide coverage for regular adult floors for nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, etc.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
