LPN Acute Care Clinical Care Annex

UCHealth is seeking an LPN for our Acute Care Clinical Care Annex. In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, patient-centered care under RN and provider direction. Responsibilities include performing assessments, administering medications, wound care, monitoring vitals, documenting in the EHR, and supporting procedures. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, educate patients and families, and promote safety and quality standards.
