Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Active Georgia license or compact license required
Previous home health experience required
Experience with HCHB required

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Productivity requirement: Minimum of 30 units
Coverage area includes Baldwin, Putnam, Hancock, Wilkinson, and Washington counties
