Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Gahanna, OH | $45–$55/hr + Production | Monday–Thursday, 8–4

Beecher Crossing Dental is a growing, privately owned practice in Gahanna looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in patient care and wants to be part of a team where their voice actually matters.

We currently have 1 doctor, 2 hygienists, and 10 operatories, and we're growing quickly.

What You Get

• $45–$55/hour base
• 27% of adjusted hygiene production OR your hourly rate — whichever is greater
• Accelerated hygiene is guaranteed to exceed the bonus threshold
• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Optional Fridays if you want additional hours
• Approximately 8 patients per day
• Hygiene assistant support
• Mostly FFS/PPO patient base
• $300/month employer contribution toward health insurance
• 401(k)
