Full job description

Provide speech-language therapy to students in a school setting, developing individualized plans and collaborating with educators and families to improve communication outcomes. The role is a 36-week contract located in Quarryville, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to students in the Quarryville Elementary School setting.

  • Assess and develop individualized education plans for students with communication disorders.

  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.

  • Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs.

  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or equivalent.

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Minimum of 1 year of school-based speech therapy experience.

  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
