Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide evidence-based outpatient therapy, conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and care managers to coordinate holistic care, ensure continuity of services, and support crisis intervention. This position also involves accurate clinical documentation in the EMR, participation in case conferences, and contribution to quality-improvement initiatives and patient education programs.
