Full job description
As a Pharmacist Production at MedStar Health, you’ll ensure safe, accurate, and efficient preparation and distribution of medications across our regional health system. You will oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding, verify orders, manage automated dispensing systems, and uphold USP, state, and federal regulations. Partnering closely with nurses, physicians, and pharmacy technicians, you’ll support high-volume workflows while maintaining rigorous quality, safety, and documentation standards. You’ll also help train staff, optimize processes, and contribute to patient-first, mission-driven care.
